Return Policy

We do give you a grace period of 90 days to return any unopened product bought from for a full refund. Kindly contact us if you wish to return a product, and we will guide you on the way forward.

Nonetheless, you should note that the product you wish to return must be in its original condition and unopened for you to get a full refund. If the product happens to be opened or is a refrigerated product, then unfortunately it does not qualify for a full refund.

Any products returned that fall in the latter category will be immediately thrown out, and no refund will be made. Kindly note that any products that were bought using a gift card, coupon, or were a promotional product, then they are non-refundable.

All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product, and once processed, you can expect your full refund minus a restocking fee paid through the method you used to initially pay for the product.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Note that the refund will be sent to the person who initially bought the product. Regardless of whether the person who received the product is a different person.

Return of Damaged Goods.

If you receive a damaged product. We request you do not interfere with the shipment. We also advise that you do not discard anything including damaged boxes, packaging, or products. We encourage that you take pictures of the damaged items to help you with your claim.

You should then report the damages to us as soon as possible, to enable us to identify whether the product should be returned for a replacement or if it is okay to use the product.
